How much experience do you have?

Founded in June 2000 as Upper Valley Property Maintenance, and rebranded in 2016 as New Again Cleaning and Maintenance, we have been providing our clients with exceptional service in landscape maintenance for over 2 decades. Our Exterior Cleaning division is 6 years old and our founder, Ryan Smith, sits on the board of directors for the Professional Worldwide Mobile Cleaning Association. 

Are you Insured?

Yes. New Again carries 5 million liability as well as WorksafeBC coverage. Our employees are also bonded.

Do you provide service to residential clients?

Our specialization is large stratas and commercial properties, however we do service residential lawn and garden clients for weekly service in Surrey. We are very particular about whom we choose to work with. Our Exterior Cleaning division serves both residential and commercial clients.

What is your hourly rate?

We don't have an hourly rate. We charge for the project. 

For Landscape Maintenance we charge an annual rate, invoiced monthly, to maintain your property. 

Exterior Cleaning rates are based on measurements, usually priced by the square foot.

How much will it cost our strata for landscape maintenace?

That depends on the scope of work and how big your strata is. Our smallest strata client is an 8 unit condo that pays $6,000 per year.  The largest is a large townhome complex that costs around $250,000 per year to maintain. Yours probably falls somewhere in the middle.  Give us a call to set up an in person visit to find out. We give free quotes.
